Please see a few points that we would always recommend when booking your Clean:
- Always fully describe the work that you would like the cleaner to carry out either in a short or long job description, so this is clear before any work is carried out.
- Always ask your cleaner for a copy of their insurance.
- Always aim to give your cleaner 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel your clean.
- When the cleaner arrives fully explain the work that needs to be carried out and confirm the price with the cleaner before work commences.
Always ask for proof of payment this then will have their details on there and this can help you find their service again or if you have any queries.
Please beware that postcode cleaners is a booking platform that is only a software that the cleaners use. Postcode cleaners have nothing to do with carrying out the work or the deal that has been agreed with the customer and the cleaner.
